This policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds, offering a clear and straightforward process to follow.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team.

Since most orders are processed and shipped the same day, cancellations cannot be made once an order has been dispatched. If your order is already on its way, it will be shipped as planned. However, if you still wish to cancel, we will assist you with the return process by providing a prepaid shipping label for easy returns.

30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

• You can return any item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
• All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as originally received.
• This policy applies to all items purchased from purifighter.com.
Note: The 30-day risk-free return policy is valid only for orders placed on purifighter.com.

Returns

Return Due to Change of Mind

Purifighter will accept returns for a change of mind, provided the return request is received within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and customers are responsible for arranging return shipping.  Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your payment method. You will be notified via email once the return has been processed.

Purifighter will refund the value of the returned goods, but will not refund any shipping costs paid. However, in the event of any return requests related to a quality issue, we offer free returns or replacement with a new product.

Warranty Returns

Purifighter honors valid warranty claims (excluding consumables) submitted within 360 days of receipt of items. Customers are required to prepay return shipping, though we will reimburse this cost upon a successful warranty claim. Once returned items are received for warranty, we aim to process your claim within 7 days.

Upon confirming the warranty claim, you will have the option of:

(a) A refund to your payment method,

(b) A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).

Returns After 30 Days

For returns made after 30 days from receipt, the product will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We understand that issues may arise beyond the initial return period, and we are dedicated to supporting you. How to Return a Product

If you would like to return a product, please follow these simple steps:

Before reaching out, please have the following information ready:
• Return Request
• Order Number
• Purchase Platform
• Serial Number (SN#)
• Shipping Address

Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Affix this label to your package and return it to us.

Step 3: After we receive and inspect the returned package, we will promptly process your refund. Your refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days.
