Integrated Waterway

Traditional Water Purifiers (Non-Integrated Waterway):

Traditional water purifiers are like a "mini factory" inside, consisting of multiple independent filter housings, complex PE pipes, numerous connectors, valves, and clips, all connected through manual assembly. The internal structure is intricate, resembling a complex chemical experiment setup.

Integrated Waterway:

The integrated waterway is a revolutionary design. By using precision injection molding or metalworking processes, the originally separate pipes, connectors, water channels, and functional valves (such as the inlet valve, wastewater valve, and high-pressure switch interface) are highly integrated into a compact, one-piece, modular component.

Simple Analogy:

  • Traditional Waterway: Like an old irrigation system made up of countless T-joints, elbows, and hoses, with many connections and many potential hazards.
  • Integrated Waterway: Like a highly integrated circuit board (PCB) designed for a computer CPU, where all lines are precisely planned and packaged, resulting in a compact structure and efficient, reliable operation.

Huge Advantages of Integrated Waterway

Significantly Reduces Leak Risks:

  • Traditional Waterway: Over 90% of leakage risks come from the numerous pipe joints and aging or improperly installed seals.
  • Integrated Waterway: By reducing dozens of pipe joints to just a few, the main sources of leakage are eliminated from the root.

Compact Structure, Reduced Size:

  • The integrated design eliminates a lot of unnecessary space, making the internal layout of the water purifier extremely compact. This is the key reason why Purifighter can achieve a "delicate and compact size."

Improves Performance Stability and Efficiency:

  • The optimized internal waterway design reduces water resistance, ensures smooth water flow, and results in lower pressure loss, helping to steadily increase water purification efficiency (output) and recovery rate.

Facilitates Automated Production and Maintenance:

  • The modular design enables automated production, offering higher consistency and more stable quality. If repairs are needed later, it's usually just a matter of replacing the entire module, which is very convenient.

The Most Important Factor: Material Safety

While the integrated waterway brings significant structural advantages, because it is in direct contact with drinking water, the safety of the materials used becomes a critical issue—perhaps even more important than the structure itself. An integrated waterway made from substandard materials can be a major source of contamination for the entire water purification system.

The materials used in the integrated waterway must be food-grade.

Material Type
Advantages
Disadvantages & Risks (Safety Concerns)
Ordinary Plastic
Extremely low cost
High risk: May use non-food-grade materials, potentially leaching phthalates (plasticizers), BPA, heavy metals, and other harmful substances, leading to secondary contamination.

Food-Grade PP (Polypropylene)
Low cost, food-contact compliant, BPA-free
Medium to low risk: The material itself is safe, but it has weaknesses: it’s not resistant to high temperatures and may deform under long-term high-pressure or high-temperature conditions. Poor antibacterial properties, making it prone to bacteria growth. Low strength, requiring careful design to withstand water pressure.

PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone)
High-performance engineering plastic, resistant to high temperature, high strength, toughness, BPA-free, excellent chemical stability
Low risk: A top-tier food-grade plastic, often used in high-end baby bottles. Much safer, more durable, and more resistant to aging than PP, but costs more.

304 Stainless Steel
Internationally recognized food-grade and medical-grade metal. Physically stable, will never leach any plastic-related chemicals (like BPA or plasticizers) under any conditions (high temperature, high pressure, acidic/alkaline water), fundamentally eliminating the source of secondary contamination.
Resistant to high temperature, high pressure, corrosion, and aging, with an extremely long lifespan, almost equivalent to the purifier’s overall lifespan. Environmentally friendly and durable: 100% recyclable, preventing plastic pollution, in line with sustainable development principles.

304 Stainless Steel Shell
304 stainless steel contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel (hence the name "18/8 stainless steel"). Chromium forms a very thin and dense passivation layer on the surface, giving it excellent resistance to rust and corrosion in air or water. It is also resistant to common cleaning agents, ensuring lo...
